Dr. Brunell was truly a wonderful teacher. Piano-playing as well as teaching comes very easily to him so it is easy learning new musicality and technicality methods from Dr. Brunell. Whenever he would play an excerpt from a piece, it was always inspiring because he always made every single piece of music sound even more beautiful than you could imagine. As a piano player, he was truly gifted and has magical fingers. And as a teacher, he was very patient, kind, and determined to get you to the highest-level of piano playing that he could get you to achieve. I wish I was still taking lessons from him in Knoxville!
