Including Theory; Technique; ear training; duets; Two recitals per year & a "Piano Party" to enhance Music Appreciation. Busy home studio. Over 20 years teaching/mentoring youth. Genres and Subjects Taught
Classical and Worship Piano for all levels.
Christmas Carols for Christmas Recitals.
A solid foundation in classical training is the best from which to branch out into ALL other genres of musical style. Almost everything in music of the Western Hemisphere is a derivative of the classics.
Learn the basics, then you can use your knowledge to easily learn every style. Jazz, Blues, Ragtime, Rock, Pop, Country, etc. . .
My students have multiple opportunities to participate in piano festivals and competitions. College Scholarship Auditions for seniors who qualify.
OMTA sponsored "Syllabus" exams upon request.

Lessons are 40-minutes: beginners to intermediate.
Hour lessons advised for intermediate and above.

Ages / Skill Levels Taught
Teaching ages 5 through adult.
Children should know the alphabet and count to ten.
Some reading also helps.
