About Me

I began playing piano at the age of 6. I developed a love for music and later began playing flute and violin as well. I studied with Bev Carroll for 8 yrs and achieved my High School Guild Diploma. I continued to study music through college, majoring in Piano Pedagogy, and graduating with honors in 2012.

I began teaching while in high school, with my younger siblings as students. I gained valuable teaching experience as part of my college’s Piano Pedagogy program, which included work with all levels, from beginner through college majors, age preschool through adult.

I have served as a pianist in my church for a number of years and have experience performing and arranging. I also have experience as an accompanist, and while in college, gained valuable experience participating in various instrumental ensembles. I started my piano studio in 2012 in the Chapel Hill/ Spring Hill/Franklin area.
