My Musical Education Background
Keyboard Pedagogy Major at Capital University, and graduated in 1992. I have been teaching since 1991 to current.
Continued education through private study in Pedagogy, Lessons, performing, and self taught through compositions.
Genres and Subjects Taught
I start with teaching my students the basics of reading music. Depending on their interest and/or skill level, I will teach ear training through theory methods. I encourage creativity and after the basics, I focus on their own compositions. I find that this is the best way to integrate theory to practical use and maintain interest. My students continue music even after the lessons are over. I am a Life Coach and these skills are important to deal with any issues that may come up. Music is a great expression of self and is an important outlet needed these days to cope with the realities of Life.

Currently I charge $22.00 per hour.
