Rusty’s ten CD’s and soundtracks has been heard globally since
1988. His latest recording, “Romances Latinos” (2015), pays
homage to the greatest Latin American Love Songs. He holds a
Masters Degree in Music Theory/Composition at Texas State
University and a postgraduate Pedagogy of Music Theory certificate
from the University of Kentucky....
