About Me
Bev Carroll began her musical journey studying piano in grades 3-11. She initially sang in choirs that required auditions in and around the South Dakota area. She later pursued guitar, and organ and began performing with voice and instruments in churches and civic groups.
Over the past 25+ years, Bev has developed a Piano and Music Studio that has become established and well respected in the Franklin and Williamson County, TN community. The studio includes 1 assistant teacher, also with considerable skills and experience.
Bev has served as a church musician holding various positions over the years. Bev has been a performer, writer, and accompanist for Christian, country and classical music artists.
She enjoys teaching all ages and has a good history for long term students. A number of her dedicated students have progressed with careers for Music and some with piano as a major. At this Studio, many students choose to participate in National Guild auditions each year, earning a certificate, report card and pin.

"I'm currently a senior at Franklin Road Academy and will be attending Vanderbilt University this coming fall. I will also be participating in Air Force ROTC throughout college with the hopes of being commissioned as a pilot upon graduation. Piano with Ms. Bev over the past few years of my life has meant the world to me. I owe all of my love for classical music and my talent for piano to her. I will have that always and cannot thank her enough for it!"

I took lessons from Mrs. Bev Carroll for 9 years, during which time she instilled in me a love and passion for music. She gave me many opportunities to improve my performance skills during those years by encouraging me to participate in recitals, contests, Pianorama, and Guild auditions every year. Mrs. Carroll also did an excellent job preparing me to major in music in college. The knowledge of theory I received from her prepared me well for music theory classes. She prepared me so well in the area of technique that I was able to pass the technique test my first semester. Mrs. Carroll has a passion for teaching and is dedicated to her job.

I was privileged to take piano lessons from Mrs. Beverly Carroll for 10 years. Her passion and love for music is contagious. Within those 10 years, I was exposed to in-depth technique and theory training as well as multiple recitals to build up my confidence as a performer. She is heavily involved in the musical community as a teacher and involves her students in yearly competitions such as Guild Auditions and Pianorama. The most important aspect that I wish to highlight about Mrs. Carroll, is her uncanny ability to listen to her students' preferences and, most at her own time expense, search out pieces to support and foster the interest of that student. She truly is an impressive and dedicated piano teacher.
