About Me
Heath's Piano Studio of Portsmouth is conveniently located at 955 Woodbury Avenue - only minutes from downtown and the Portsmouth traffic circle.
Students starting as young as five through adult will benefit from my comprehensive approach . Each is given a strong theoretical foundation as they develop solid performance techniques. In a relaxed, non-stressful environment, students are allowed to progress at their own pace.
My method helps to move students to familiar songs that reinforces their lessons and adds immeasurably to their enjoyment and sense of accomplishment. As they progress, students select songs and genres tailored to their interest and performance level - whether it is classical, jazz, new age, rock, etc. They are encouraged to develop a repertoire they enjoy playing.
