About Me

I am ais a passionate and dedicated music teacher with years of experience teaching students of all ages. I teach a broad array of instruments: guitar, piano, voice, cello, violin, ukulele, mandolin, as well as composition and music theory. I am an award-winning performing artist and am studying music at Concordia University Irvine. I have what it takes to foster the love of music in any student and effectively teach any instrument in a fun, engaging, and accessible way.

"Jonah Cervantes is my 13 year old son’s cello instructor.  Jonah has been instructing my son for about a year and we have found him to be excellent.

My son plays cello at school, in an orchestra and with Jonah, and he enjoys his time with Jonah most of all.  Jonah is always on time, prepared and encouraging.  He is mature beyond his years.

As someone who has hired people for twenty years, I know Jonah would be a superior employee.  He is smart, honest, hard-working, and prompt."

- Gary Zelasko, Laguna Niguel
