About Me
I have been playing for piano for church and school for 35 years. Teaching private lessons and music theory for 30 years.
My Musical Education Background
I received basic music training as a teenager, and then trained with master teachers and college classes, and seminars The love for music has driven me to continue learning and I love passing on this passion to others
Genres and Subjects Taught
I have taught music in Christian school for 19 years. Kindergarten thru 12th grade. Drama, music theory, piano, and choir were included in the classes. As a member of Florida Federation of Music, my piano students played in competition every year, and then on to state competition to those who excelled.
Lesson Rates
$20 per lesson. Lessons are weekly and are half hour sessions.
Ages / Skill Levels Taught
Ages 5 and up. All ages are welcome!
My Musical Influences
I love all types of music. Classical, Baroque, Romantic and contemporary. However, my favorite always leans towards hymns and worship music.
