About Me
I'm a multi-faceted, multi-instrumental musician and I love to further my knowlege of the languages and forms of all music. I have collaborated as a musician and arranger in studios with various Italian and American bands and songwriters. I divide my time between playng live and in the studio, as well as teaching bass guitar, double bass & composing original music.
My Musical Education Background
I have a Degree in Classical Music from the Italian Conservatory of Music "Bruno Maderna" in Cesena, Italy, and have attended numerous master classes and workshops focused on jazz and classical music.
Genres and Subjects Taught
I teach basic and advanced technique for bass and upright bass (pizzicato/pic/slap/ tapping) as well harmony and music theory. I have vast music repertorie, from classical to modern music, I teach blues, rock, funk, jazz, latin....and more

I'm also happy to offer a free 30 min trial lesson to all new students.

I've been teaching music for 20 years and have a lot of experience as a live and studio musician. I can teach students of all ages and levels, whether beginner, intermediate or advanced.
My Certifications and Awards
Diploma in Classical Music from an Italian Conservatory (2013), and numerous masterclasses in jazz and modern music for bass guitar and upright bass.
My Musical Influences
I love many artists and musicians from the past as well contemporary ones. The bassists that have most influenced me and my playing style include: Jaco Pastorius, Marcus Miller, Rocco Prestia, Charles Mingus, Ray Brown, George Porter Jr, Victor Wooten, Les Claypool... and many more.
