About Me

Piano Play Music combines an age-appropriate curriculum (we don't mix widely varying ages, like other music programs), with an unique style of teaching that allows children to develop skills in: Ear training, Music theory, Note reading, Expressive singing , Rhythm understanding and Keyboard playing which helps with academic preparation in school.

Private instructions is available in piano, singing and guitar lessons for students 5 to adults from a beginners to advance in all styles.

Outstanding Instructors
Our instructors are trained intensively in the Piano Play system for four to six months. This program is a hands on training in the classroom with another master teacher. Our esteemed instructors hold a minimum of two-three years of college-level courses in music theory or performance, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music.

Our teachers are prepared to work with special needs situations. We have a staff psychologist who keeps us on the leading edge of psychological research in music as it relates to the well-being of children and their education.

My Musical Education Background

Piano Play looks to hire teachers that are excited about teaching and have a desire to expose, enrich and encourage the enjoyment for music in their students. Our instructors are trained intensively in the Piano Play System for four to six months. This program is both hands on training in the classroom with another master teacher and individually. The goal of this training is to assure students and parents that their instruction will be stimulating, fun, creative and will cultivate a love of self-expression. Most of our esteemed instructors hold a minimum of two-three years of college-level courses in music theory or performance or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music.

Genres and Subjects Taught

At Piano Play Music Systems we teach all genres: Classical, Jazz, Rhythm Blues and Gospel. We highly recommend music theory and work closely to have all of private student participate weekly in our theory labs.

Lesson Rates

GROUP LESSONS AT STUDIO: Cost includes books and materials
1. Toddler Aged Programs (19m-4.5 years): $394.00 for (20) weeks (45 minutes)
2. Pre-Kindergartner Programs (4.5-5.5): $524 for (20) weeks (60 minutes)
3. School Aged Programs (6-8 years): $524 for (20) weeks (60 minutes)
4. (30) Minutes Private Lessons: $158 a month
5. (60) Minutes Private Lessons: $270 a month

HOME LESSONS
1. (30) Minutes Private Lessons: $220 a month
2. (60) Minutes Private Lessons: $320 a month

1. Lowey Hija Prep Book: 19 months-2 years

School Aged Programs
1. Roofuss Reports: 6-8 years

Private Lessons start at 5 years and older.
