About Me

I am a very relaxed, patient, detail minded but flexible teacher that loves to promote a love for Music, a love for God and Country, as well as stimulation for reaching your full potential.  I have been called "The Frog Transformer" and "The Crooner's Magician."  

I have tons of repertoire and curriculum that I am thoroughly acquainted with, but my classes combine these to focus on your specific goals in music, not just one particular book.  You may not even realize that you are learning because I continually strive for smooth progression and transition in lessons.

I love teaching these classes to ALL AGES but especially PRESCOOLERS AS YOUNG AS 3 & 4, ELEMENTARY STUDENTS and ADULTS!  I teach traditional lessons as well as ear training.  I also love to teach those who have a dream of becoming Church Musicians, no matter what age.

In addition, I have experience in teaching special individuals and Music Therapy as well.

My Musical Education Background

I have been playing since I was 7 years old.  Took private lessons up through age 19 and played, sang solo and in ensembles for Churches, choirs and groups for more than 15 years.  I have written songs and musicals as well as created background scores for plays.  I studied music and choir courses at TCJC and TCU and sang in the TCJC and TCU Ensembles. I have also received numerous Musician of the Year Awards.

Voice and Singing Lessons.  Group and Private.

Will travel to a facility if there is enough enrollment.

Summer Camps

5 Hour Gospel Seminars designed to teach a student to play for one complete Worship Service.

Lesson Rates

Family, Church, Daycare, Schools and Group Lessons Rate:   $45/month

Private Lessons Rate:  $80/month - 30 minutes  or  $100/month - 1 hour

Group and Private Lessons have a $15 Registration Fee and a $25 Book and Supply Fee due the first day of class

Summer Camps Rate: $95/ Session        Mon - Thursdays, 12noon-1pm, 2nd & 4th Weeks in Month of July

5 Hour Gospel Seminars for Piano and Organ Rate:  $125

Ages / Skill Levels Taught

I have taught all ages.  I have managed my own professional, fine arts and medical specialty childcare facilities here in Fort Worth.  In these my show choir and piano students traveled state wide perfoming, competing and placing each year in competitions.  I have also taught adult medical and music courses for more than 15 years including in proprietary schools and colleges as well as piano in the Arlington Schools for more than 6 years.
