About Me
Welcome! I am beyond excited to be working with you! A little about your teacher: I began my classical music career about 12 years ago and have participated in several regional piano competitions during my senior and junior year of high school as well as an annual piano festival. My past experience includes accompanying ballet lessons, weddings, graduations, jazz band in college, and most recently have been teaching students of all ages at a local studio. I have experience with children of multiple disabilities and strongly believe in the therapeutic power of music. Lessons will be structured and performance opportunities will be sought (for pianist's personal growth). I am open to all styles of learning and while we will be touring through all genres of music I strongly encourage my students to pick pieces that they love. Looking forward to meeting you!
My Musical Education Background
Accompanying ballet lessons, weddings, graduations, and most recently teaching students of all ages in home and at a local studio. I have taken lessons for over 10 years and my background is mostly classical but I played and toured with a jazz band during college.

All genres from jazz, classical, popular, country, rag, and modern.
Lesson Rates
$30/half hour
Ages / Skill Levels Taught
All ages from 6 up! If a student is younger than 6 we can do introductory lessons for 15 minutes/$15 for a few weeks to assess their ability to sit still and pay attention and whether 30 minute lessons would be a good fit.
