About Me
Greg Peters was born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He began his piano studies with both Ann and Jerry Shively and Jorgene Jensen. Greg later studied under Virginia Willard, during which time he spent a couple of years playing with the Idaho Falls Symphony. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Greg is currently president of the Eastern Idaho Music Teacher's Association which sponsors the area Sonatina competition every fall. Greg has played in many musical groups and ensembles in a variety of styles such as light jazz, classical, Dixieland, and pop. After working as a software programmer for 15 years, he has integrated his musical talents with technology in his studio.
