About Me
I teach students in my home in Maryville.
My Musical Education Background
I have played piano since I was seven and have taken from various teachers. In my 30s, I also learned how to play the hammered dulcimer and guitar, which has greatly helped my piano playing. Also, I have taken many music workshops from various professional musicians.
Genres and Subjects Taught
I teach beginning piano students how to play classical, country, church, blues, jazz, and pop music.
Lesson Rates
Lesson rates are $10 for a half hour lesson and $15 for an hour lesson.
Ages / Skill Levels Taught
The ages I teach are from 6 years to all ages of adults.
My Musical Influences
My musical influences are online teachers, Steve Nixon and Bruce Katz, and composers Scott Joplin, Bert Konowitz, and David Lanz.
