About Me

My name is Joshua Krell and I teach guitar lessons to aspiring students of all ages! I have over 10 years of professional experience in music as a songwriter/performer, session musician, composer and producer. In addition, I have a degree in Audio Engineering and Music Production. I can help you set and achieve goals in guitar. I am extremely passionate about helping others learn and am a patient and energetic teacher. I have a lot of experience teaching kids and teens, but I have taught students in their later years as well. Since 2015, I have been blessed to instruct over 200 students. I teach out of my studio located in Spokane Valley near the Valley Mall. In my spare time I love spending time with my wife, photography and video, cooking, reading and concerts. 

I have experience working with people with some conditions that might make it difficult to learn the guitar. These include vision impairment, autism, and severe arthritis. I have been able to watch these students overcome these difficulties and succeed and reach their goals! That is one of the most truly awesome and inspiring parts of what I do.

I have a degree in Audio Engineering and Music Production as well as 10 years of professional experience as a songwriter, musician, and producer.

Lesson Rates

I recommend students take four lessons per month. This consistency is the most effective way to build your skill as a musician as quickly as possible. I have a two-month minimum contract for lessons (eight lessons). You can either choose to pay by the month (four lessons at a time) or pay for the full amount for 2 months. Month by month prices are below. Note that 2 months are required for enrollment.

• 4 Half Hour Lessons – $100/Month
• 4 Full Hour Lessons – $200/Month

Tuition for new students is due at the time of the first lesson. For those making monthly payments, tuition is due on the final lesson of each month.

I accept cash, check, and also debit or credit. Please note: for digital transactions, there is a 3% processing fee.
