About Me
I have extensive performance experience in commercial music, Theatre music and Contemporary and traditional Church music settings. My performances have been showcased to tens of thousands of places while performing for American Entertainment Productions (AEP) at the Kennedy Center in New York City, performing on stage with Louise Mandrel, Houston Rodeo in Houston, TX, Convention Centers performances across the United States, and ships cruising through the Caribbean, Alaska, and European countries – (Holland America Line). Performing musical theatre, over a decade performing Contemporary and Traditional Church music, and on the road experience with AEP, I continue to reach new audiences.
Drumming influences include Alex Acuna, Dave Weckl, Dany Gotlieb, and other
Getting Started
It’s easier to get started than you may think playing drums. A beginner student starts with a pair of drumsticks and a practice pad (emulating the “real feel” of the snare drum head) for a minimal cost.
As the student develops into intermediate drumming , you can buy one drum at a time (starting with the snare drum) or the whole drum kit. With over 40 years of experience, I’ll be able to guide you with the best purchase. Electronic drums, played with a headset if noise is an issue, are similar in price to an acoustic drum kit.
Now you have every reason to sign up for drum lessons!
Drum / Percussion influences
