About Me

Stephanie Krell is a private music instructor of piano, viola, and violin. Her studio, Krell Music, LLC, participates in Pennsylvania Music Teachers Association (PMTA) events, as well as the annual exams with the National Guild of Piano Teachers. She also arranges and records sacred music under the artist name, Stephanie Immordino, distributing her compositions through digital streaming services.

Mrs. Krell graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2005 with a B.A. in Applied Violin, and is a winner of the Marion Philharmonic Concerto Competition in Indiana. She received a Certificate in Piano Pedagogy from Valley City State University in 2021, followed by a Masters in Music Education in 2023 from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Her research has included "Violinist and Violist Music-Related Injuries: Frequency, Prevention, and Recovery Methods," and "J.S. Bach's Application of the Baroque Violin Concerto in His Violin Concerti in A minor, BWV 1041 and E Major, BWV 1042," the latter of which was published in the University of Nebraska Graduate Review. She is also interested in pedagogy as it relates to students with ADHD, and has written on the subject in the September 2024 edition of the MTNA e-journal in an article titled, "Private Studio and Classroom Instructional Strategies for Students with ADHD."
