About Me

Hello! My name is Hannah. I have been playing piano for 17 years and have been teaching piano lessons since 2013. My goal in teaching piano is to equip students with the abilities that they need to play music for the glory of Jesus Christ.

My Musical Education Background

I took piano lessons through middle and highschool, and then went on to advanced lessons for 4 more years. I have also been the pianist at my church for 14 years.

Genres and Subjects Taught

I enjoy covering a variety of genres, but my focus is on Christian Worship music and Classical. I encourage my students to learn many different genres so they can play a wide variety of music confidently. I also encourage my students to work diligently on their music theory. If theory is well learned, students can be better equipped to learn many other instruments as well!

Lesson Rates

Lessons are $60 a month, 30 minutes long and are held once a week. 1 hour lessons are also available - $100 a month (for advanced students only)

Any age or skill level is welcome!

My Certifications and Awards

Graduated from Honeygale School of Music and completed a piano teaching course.

My Musical Influences

I praise the Lord for my sweet piano teacher as I was growing up. Her encouraging instruction and her desire to praise God with her music is what made me want to play music to glorify my Lord Jesus Christ. I hope that I can pass on to my students what she gave to me.
