About Me
I was formally trained for seven years under the tutelage of Joanne Skidmore, an educator in the Portland Public Schools. I have taught piano for 30 years and consider it a high calling. In addition to teaching, I have acted as Music Director for several theatre productions in Crested Butte, Colorado, which included vocal direction and piano accompaniment. Moving back to Oregon, I was employed as the accompanist for the Waldorf Eurythmy classes. In the past years I have served as Director of Music Ministries, Worship Leader, pianist/keyboardist and Music Coordinator in various churches and have accompanied school concerts, numerous weddings and social events.
